任职内容：
1. Work with procurement and operational purchasing team, ensure the required quality of purchased materials and components.
与采购团队一起，负责保证所有采购物料、零件符合安美特采购需求；
2. Involved into the part quality issues from Atotech customer site, production stations and incoming at *** time, handle and work with relational members to solve those issues sufficiently and efficiently in time.
快速确认并处理来自于安美特客户端、生产现场以及进料检验，与零部件相关的不良反馈，与相关人员合作高效地解决相关问题；
3. Continue to track all issues and ensure them solved quickly, follow up the preliminary analysis result and share it to project team member; track and help supplier making analysis on root cause and action plan if it is due supplier error; responsible for supplier charge back etc., follow up it till fully closed.
持续跟踪相关问题得以快速解决，并跟进供应商初步分析结果，积极分享给相关团队成员；属于供应商责任的质量事故，跟进并协助供应商对原因进行深入分析以及寻找合理的行动计划；负责供应商索赔等事项，直到问题彻底关闭；
4. Build quality improvement project for Top supplier, work out action plans with them in cases of poor quality and control effectiveness of the agreed measurements.
针对重点供应商制定质量改善专案，拟定供应商不良质量表现的改善计划，并负责监控其按照双方确定的改善措施有效执行
5. Oversee the process chain of important suppliers and help to establish procedures to guarantee product quality and process-stability
监控重要供应商的质量管控流程，帮助供应商建立操作程序，以确保产品质量及控制程序稳定性
6. Train and coach supplier to help supplier make improvement on quality control.
对供应商培训和指导，协助供应商提升品质能力.
7. Planning and execution of process-/product audits and potential risk analyses at supplier site
计划及执行供应商现场的过程或者产品审核以及潜在风险分析
8. Monitor and push supplier improvement on quality control at supplier site
管理并推动供应商质量现场控制
9. Support sourcing to develop sample validation of new part and confirm if it can be moved into SOP
协助开发成员推进新产品初始样品的认可，以及确认是否可进入量产状态
任职要求：
1. Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical-/electrical engineering
2. Very good understanding of industrial manufacturing processes within the technologies we use
3. Deep knowledge of process-flows, process-reliability, production and quality assurance
4. Team spirit and excellent communication skills with internal/external partners (intercultural & cross-functional)
5. Structured, analytical, targeted and interdisciplinary approach
6. Dependability, liability, cost awareness
7. Knowledge of product and process related international and Chinese Standards
8. Excellent English & Chinese in written and spoken 68
9. Travel opportunity and willingness to travel
