岗位要求: WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
● 本科及以上学历,希望来自电子相关行业或者具备电子工程相关专业; ● 具备制造业生产管理经验,其中至少2年以上的团队管理经验; ● 具备良好的英语听说读写能力; ● 熟悉电脑操作。 ● 主动性高; ● 良好的团队意识; ● 良好的沟通技巧; ● 良好的领导力及辅导能力。 ● Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory, preferably coming from electronic related industry or with electronic engineering related discipline. ● Experience in production management, at least 2 years of demonstrable team management experience is required. ● Good command in English. ● Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations and relevant software applications is crucial. ● Proactive. ● Exceptional teamwork abilities and a proven track record of collaborative success are imperative. ● Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with all levels of the organization. ● Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to coach and develop team members are essential for this role.
