工作职责 Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing 战略采购: 61 Lead the sourcing efforts for the assigned product categories and geographic areas. 61 Propose innovative and competitive sourcing solutions to meet the needs of our buyers.
Supplier Management 供应商管理: 61 Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable and high-performing suppliers. 61 Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Offer Preparation and Order Management 报价和订单管理: 61 Prepare comprehensive offers and collaborate with buyers, ensuring clarity and competitiveness. 61 Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from order confirmation to shipment.
Stakeholder Coordination 利益相关协调: 61 Act as the primary liaison between buyers and factories/suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 61 Coordinate with internal departments on logistics, quality requirements, and factory compliance.
Sample Handling 处理样品: 61 Supervise product sample labeling, packing, delivery, and storage. 61 Conduct frequent travel and buying trips to Mainland China, including factory visits and participation in trade fairs.
资历要求 Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in food industry or relevant field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Food (Frozen & fresh food, sea food, canned food etc.) with a deep understanding of product specifications and approval standards for various European and South American countries (such as IFS, BRC certificates) 3. Previous experience in well-known sourcing companies, trading, or buying offices. 4. Proficiency in manufacturing processes, cost trends, and material applications, including metal, plastic, and packaging. 5. Proven experience in managing OEM projects and meeting deadlines effectively. 6. Excellent command of written and spoken English. 7. Strong communication and coordination abilities with vendors and overseas customers. 8. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
