Job Descriptions: 86 Develop overall partnership strategy for the assigned issuing bank, identify, develop, and implement business opportunities to drive business growth; 86 Develop and execute winning strategies to gain more market share from major competitors, ensure the achievement of the agreed goals; 86 Maintain and develop solid partnership with different level of contracts in the assigned issuing bank’s organization, oversee the day to day business while ensure the engagement of the key stake holders. 86 Work closely with internal cross function teams, including product, marketing, operation, finance, risk, etc. and lead different workstreams to fulfil the internal and external needs and deliver the strategic agenda of EC’s business; 86 Complete the other assigned tasks with good quality;
Job Requirements: 86 8 years of proven BD/Sales track record, rich experiences and solid knowledge in payment, network, and banking industries; 86 Strong leadership and account management skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers, superiors & external stakeholders; 86 Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously; 86 Must have start-up mentality and strong will to win, target oriented, self-driven, team player; 86 Excellent command of English and Mandarin, outstanding communication and presentation skills; 86 Bachelor Degree is required with preference of Master Degree;
