职位描述
Reponsibilities:
Business Insights Development & Management
61 Manage data panel (Nielsen, Kantar, Online, etc) to generate deep category insights in readable markets and communicate well across management, sales/marketing teams.
61 Work with D&A, finance and other functions on MKT dashboard designing, set-up, and maintenance.
61 Provide performance tracking and work with data & analytical team on deep dive and diagnostic.

Strategic Insight through Understanding of the Business Environment
61 Develops a strong understanding of the assigned brands/product categories, including up-to-date knowledge of the competition, needs states, benefits, key messages and consumer/HCP behavior
61 Effectively communicates insights from primary and secondary research, as well as ABO interview
61 Is the voice of the customer in brand, innovation and market expansion strategy development and decision-making
61 Identifies knowledge gaps and recommends appropriate research to answer business questions and mitigate risk in decision-making

Market Research Methodologies and Design
61 Conducts all research studies in alignment with brand strategies
61 Understands market research design and implications for decision-making
61 Applies the correct approach to research design for specific phases within the product development cycle
61 Identifies sound approaches to research based on the hypotheses and situational constraints
61 Interprets research findings and synthesizes them into actionable business insights
61 Continually explores new methods and suppliers to bring the latest thinking and most effective decision support to the Division

Market Research Project Management
61 Develops and executes plans and objectives for specific market research projects
61 Negotiates with external vendors and internal brand teams to identify, produce, and interpret relevant data
61 Identifies and uses appropriate methods and channels to communicate findings
61 Prepares and presents market research findings to Marketing, R&D and relevant couterpart

Awareness, Utilization and Integration of Secondary Data Sources
84 Demonstrates expertise with international secondary data sources, such as Euromonitor, Kantar, and Yidrome
84 Synthesizes data from multiple sources to address complex business questions
84 Enhances primary research with appropriate use of secondary data

Financial – Manage Market Research Budgets
84 Monitors and manages market research activities within budgeted constraints
84 Responsible for market research budget for assigned brands projects

People Management
86 Manage internal/external resource and vendors to achieve the research objectives.
86 Influence, train the cross functional teams on insights generation and how to leverage knowledge in key decision making

86 Technical Skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills, both big data and small data
- Good at ACNielsen Advisor software, Power BI, etc.
- Familiar with some statistical analysis software, e.g. SPSS, Tableau, data cloud, Python, etc.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Attention to detail and high-quality output.
- Open to suggestions and constructive feedback.
- Adherence to data integrity and confidentiality of information.
86 Language Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin & English both oral and written.

任职要求:
61 本科以上学历(统计学, 市场学, 心理学, 社会学等),8年以上相关经验,具丰富消费者大数据分析经验,有独立负责过市场研究项目;能操作凯度及尼尔森数据系统,数据分析背景或者战略咨询背景优先考虑。
61 具有较强的消费者洞察能力、数据收集分析能力、逻辑思维能力、能独立完成研究报告;
61 熟练掌握各种大小数据研究分析方法;
61 熟练掌握tableau能独立基于内部云数仓进行数据分析,了解phython工具的应用
61 沟通/表达能力强,有团队意识,工作积极主动、责任心强,具备高效执行力,抗压能力强,对研究有探索精神;
61 良好的中英文口头与书面表达能力,能够简明、准确地总结分享研究成果;
61 具备统计学知识及数据解读分析能力人选优先考虑
