Job Description 61 Lead Supply Chain projects to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and set and achieve customer service goals. This includes forecasting, capacity planning, inventory planning, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting of results to stakeholders. 61 Responsible for cost analyses of supply chain scenarios in order to determine the most effective and efficient options for production location, subcontracting, inventory, distribution, and transportation. 61 Balance capacity Globally for one (or more) of product supply to achieve targeted service level. 61 Support the site and manage crisis, e.g. capacity issue or material shortage issue. 61 Train up the Site's Supply Chain and Planning capability. 61 Prepare and produce presentation materials for supply chain update to Senior Management team. 61 Conduct best practices sharing and monitor the implementation in all responsible sites. 61 Develop a sustainable planning model/solution which best fits our business. 61 Ad-hoc projects participation by request.
Qualifications 61 Minimum of 5 years experience in Project management and Supply Chain planning, ideally in garment/garment accessories industry. 61 Able to work in a Global environment with many different cultures and are not opposed to travel both domestic and international. 61 Well-organized and detail-oriented, plus follow-through and multitasking abilities. 61 Financial knowledge on P&L and working capital are preferred 61 Excellent project management skills 61 Able to work independently and as a player in a team. 61 Good numerical sense. 61 Able to work under pressure and tight schedule. 61 Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. 61 Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal relations skills required. 61 Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 61 PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other project management certification a plus.
