This role needs to:
61 Facilitate sourcing process and activities for vendor onboarding.
61 Effective communication with internal stakeholders to identify the key business needs and work out solutions in an aligned project timeline to fulfill.
61 Review commercial terms. Be able to provide in time findings and provide comments from sourcing perspective on contracts in an efficient way.
61 Review and validate purchase requisition based on commercial alignments in sourcing stage.
61 Able to support procurement workbench systems' review and related operation work.
61 Lead regular risk review on procurement related process and deliver solution to mitigate risk and efficiently enhancement.

Requirements
61 Fluent English and Mandarin.
61 At least 5 years of working experience in MNC, at least 3 years in sourcing, preferrable in IT category.
61 Proven experience of sourcing. Competitive bidding knowledge will be a must. Understand how to drive best total value in sourcing stage and able to demonstrate.
61 Proven experience of project management and category management. Knowledge of industry analysis, supplier assessment, commercial negotiation, vendor performance tracking and etc.
61 Experience of procurement system successful launch will be a plus.
61 Collaborate internal team to comply with policy during procurement lifecycle and able to oversee on key controls while providing in time support to business.
61 Proven experience of risk management, in terms of supplier managing and process management. Able to outline risk in demand planning, vendor selection and contract execution.
