Solventum Purification & Filtration business
We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

● Leads plant SAP EMW deployment activities by working with SAP LOG work stream team including process mapping, data migration, testing scenarios, super user training, cutover planning and hypercare to ensure a successful SAP go-live
● Builds up GZ P&F plant warehouse operational organization
● Responsible for driving excellent day to day operation in plant warehouse
● KPI Management: EHS, 5S, warehouse cost, inventory accuracy, productivity saving, material on time delivery
● Actively drives Continuous Improvement projects to enhance material flow, warehouse capacity, and data accuracy
● Collaborates with internal/external functions to deliver agile logistics solutions
● Supervises entry level professional and support level employees within a specific discipline, such as supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, import/export, etc.
● Supervise Non-3M Workers or 3PL workers
● Performs EHS standards, risk assessments and warehouse audits.
Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or above in industrial management
● 5-8 years warehouse operation management experience in manufacturing environment
● 3-5 SAP (SAP S4 HANA is plus) EWM experience
● Strong problem solving and data analysis ability
● Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts and manage changes
● Proven capability in warehouse performance improvements, project managements and process Kaizen
● Team player, good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
● Solutions oriented and decision-making abilities
