1. Settle patient accounts by processing invoices and collecting payments from patients. 为患者结账。
2. Coordinate with medical team or service related department to provide patient UFH standard service. 与医疗团队或相关服务部门协调以向患者提供和睦家高水准服务
3.Provide a high level of customer service to patients by responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person. 对患者的来电来邮或亲自登门咨询提供高品质的客户服务
3. Respond to patient inquiries and educate them on UFH-level policies and procedures. 有效回应患者的疑问并根据和睦家的政策和流程帮教患者
4. Collect payment from patient and explain the bill in detail.向客人解释账单并收取相应的费用。
5. Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure that patient has active medical coverage for the services that they receive at UFH. 与保险公司沟通协调以确保患者在和睦家所接受的医疗服务在被保险的范围内
6. Cooperate with sales team to collect/confirm patients‘bill. 与销售部门同事协作收取/确认客人的账单
7. Well interpretation of charges and patient’s responsibility base on insurance benefits information. 充分地向客人解释关于保险公司的福利涵盖情况以及向客户合理阐明需自付的账单
8. Familiar with business rules of Direct Billing eligibility, contractual discount, exclusions, etc and put into right implementation. 熟练掌握各类直付保险公司的合约条款,折扣以及非直付内容,并正确应用于客人的收费
9. Help patients fill in claim forms & Follow up with incomplete claim forms. 协助客人签保单/账单,并持续跟进未完成的保单/账单
10. Help collect outstanding balance. 协助收取未付账单
11. Give the related copies of bill and Fapiao to patient when discharge. 在客人出院时,提供收费相关的凭据,例如发票,账单
12. Ensure accuracy of information input to trakcare system. 入账时确保金额正确
13. Well implement TPP and marketing contracts, packages and promotions from financial stand point. 合理按照市场部的各类促销套餐的标准来进行收费
14. Hand over daily problem and incomplete bills to the in-charge staff. 对于未完成的账单/事务做好交班
15. Other assignments by supervisor / managers Assist Supervisor/Manager. 协助主管/经理完成新的任务或额外项目
Qualifications: 61 Associate college degree or above preferred; Working experience in service industry /cashiering/ customer service preferred; 61 Previous working experience in international hospital / clinic or hotel preferred.
Skills: 61 Excellent language skills in Chinese and English, verbal and written 61 Good customer service and problem-solving skills 61 Professional manner and etiquette 61 Friendly and outgoing personality. 61 PC skills: familiar with Microsoft and Excel.
