● Achieve profitable growth in business. ● Negotiate with customers on annual sales agreement and make sure the customers can hit the sales target. ● Cooperate with product management and marketing team to launch new NPI in retail sales channel. ● Increase sales volume through the development of new customers and new projects. ● Communicate with logistic team tightly and make sure and the customers both in reasonable stock level. ● Visit the customers frequently and deliver the customer voice to relevant function team timely. ● Establish and keep positive relationship with customers. ● Keep track of market dynamics and adjust strategy in time.
Ideal candidate experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or similar field required. ● Minimum 8-year relevant experience in multi-national Automotive components company, familiar with CV and off-high way business, ● Good stress-resistance ability, be capable of managing more than twenty million sales volume. ● Fluent in both Mandarin and English. ● Willing to travel and conduct market research. ● Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
