We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Design Engineer to join our expanding team in Guangzhou. The role will lead the transfer and localization of products to ensure fast, high-quality, and compliant domestic manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Leading product transfer and localization projects.
61 Designing, testing, and documentation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
61 Ensuring compliance with standards and developing production prototypes.
61 Collaborating with teams and suppliers to support initial production and ensure quality.
61 Providing feedback to improve designs and assist with manufacturing software solutions.
61 Training team members and participating in efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
61 Promoting sustainable production practices.

Qualifications:
61 Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics
61 Understanding of product and process life cycle
61 Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
61 Hands-on experience in the design and development of automation and control systems
61 Project management experience
61 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
61 Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Lean Manufacturing
