【Job Responsibilities】
1. Communicate with customers about products and technology to improve user satisfaction;
2. Collect and summarize customer feedback on product and technology related issues such as demand, consultation, complaints, and delivery, and promptly, correctly, and completely provide feedback to R&D, track the resolution process and delivery results until the customer confirms the closure of the issue;
3. Collaborate with R&D to conduct software and hardware testing, and provide timely and accurate feedback on test results;
4. Assist clients in technical training, new product promotion and demonstration, scheme design and other technical exchange work;
5. Responsible for after-sales related work, including but not limited to on-site maintenance, project installation, etc.
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
2. Can accept overseas business trips (priority given to having a driver's license)
3. Strong learning ability and willingness;
