Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Ensure manufacturing plant quality management systems are maintained or developed in compliance with ISO/TS16949 requirements.
确保工厂质量体系按照ISO/TS16949的要求有效地运行和开发。
2.Coordinator to all kinds of internal & external audits and visits
协调所有内部及外部审核和访问。
3.Develop the internal & external audit plan and perform it accordingly, including VDA6.3 audit.
制定内外部审核计划并按计划执行, 包括VDA 6.3 审核.
4.To follow up the audit findings internal & external accordingly.
对内外部审核发现进行改进跟踪；
5.To responsible the layer audit and follow up accordingly.
负责内部分层审核并对审核发现进行跟踪确认.
6.To continually optimize the quality system
对内部体系进行持续优化
7.Supplier quality system audit and development.
供应商的质量体系审核和开发。
8.To follow up the findings from suppliers.
供应商日常问题的跟踪；
9.To take part in the quality continue improvement.
参与质量相关的持续改进活动。
10.Other works defined by quality manager.
由质量经理部署的其他工作。

Qualification Requirement任职资格：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related.
机械工程专业及其相关专业本科学历。
2.At least 3 years quality system engineer experience in Automotive industry.
三年及以上汽车行业体系工程师经验。
3.Familiar with TS16949 and QS 5 tools.
熟悉TS16949 和品质5大工具。
4.Familiar with VDA 6.3
熟悉VDA6.3审核工具
5.Experience in TS16949 internal audit and TS16949 internal auditor certified
TS16949内审经验并持有IATF16949内审员证书。
