职位描述
DPOD Hangzhou is seeking a trusted EA to the CEO/ Director. The EA will offer full executive level support and ensure the ‘one team’, outward facing, continuous improvement principles which underpin the services are embraced and developed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travels.
? Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings and ensuring all necessary
requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas,
meet and greet.
? Provide high level personal, executive and administrative support
? Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel
accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses
post travel.
? Act as Secretary for senior meetings as and when required, including preparing meeting
agendas, preparing papers, creating visual aids e.g. ppt, communicating meeting reminders,
confirming venues, arranging refreshments as well as creating and distributing
comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
? Drafting and support the writing of high quality reports, correspondence and presentations
? Translate documents and act as an interpreter in meetings when needed
? Sit in all the suppliers meetings whenever Director requires and help him to make the notes,
help in translation and later send the minutes of the meetings.
? Any other tasks commensurate with the post which support the efficient execution of the
work flow.
? Manage conflicts of interest, highlight risks.
? Contract review and management as appropriate
? Coordinating and supporting DPOD events and activities: Textile/ Fabric/ Fashion Fairs.
? Work closely and collaboratively and help internal and external meetings as needed
? English - Sud be able to speak, understand. Write and computer excel / PPT
? Fresher/ 1-year experience

Learn / take the training of ERP system of the company and then help and support to train the staff. Reporting the gap between system and user requirement and coordinate with the ERP head based in india to resolve the interface issues.
