1. Be a fit, style, and construction generalist understands the product history and aesthetic requirements and to provide a total garment viewpoint throughout the development and execution processes.
2. Manage all technical requirements to successfully execute the garment development process from Development Samples, initial sample to pre-production samples.
3. Deliver manufacturing ready product to field and brands in working with the field
4. Anticipate and help to resolve quality issues during preproduction stage, and acting as first line of inquiry on product issues based on general product knowledge
5. To provide total departmental quality management for the brand, from product development through to field Inspections.
6. To drive and maintain premium quality standards for the brand.
7. Lead & Guide pattern room staff to deliver against the financial targets of the business.
8. Full understanding of quality standards
9. Full industry understanding of product being fit for purpose，Full understanding of factory base

任职资格：

1.10 years+ QA experience preferably in fashion, retailing or manufacturing
2.Strong knowledge of fits Dress, Tops, Bottoms, Denims, Jackets, Leather and have technical ability to finalize a fit to Brand’s needs.
3.Must have experience in patterns, garment measurements, shrinkage, grade rules and sizing, construction details, Fabric & Trims.
4.Must understand fabric and finish of garment.
5.Knowledgeable on complex construction and value engineering.
6.Must be organized and have strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
7.Experience of working in a major clothing retailer，Demonstrable experience of the clothing sector and understanding of the sector culture and dynamics
