Main Responsibilities 61 Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. 61 Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to production schedules. 61 Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. 61 Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production interruptions. 61 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among the maintenance team. 61 Source, manage and collect data to evaluate external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair projects as required. 61 Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts and maintenance supplies. 61 Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the maintenance department. Requirements: 61 Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or another field related to engineering with a very high final score 61 First practical work experience (e.g., internships or voluntary activities) would be a plus 61 Strong user skills in MS Office 61 Fluency in English 61 The knowledge of Italian is a plus 61 Great passion and interest in the food industry sector 61 Curiosity, openness, and intercultural competence 61 Committed, logical and process-oriented work approach
