61 负责生产现场的诊断分析工作，发现浪费，制定改善方案，推动实施并加以评估；
61 Be responsible for lean related training
61 负责公司精益生产的相关培训
61 Design and improve workshop’s layout, optimize logistics system
61 设计及改善车间平面布置，优化物流系统
61 Mafact Implementation in plant
61 麦格纳工厂标准推行
61 Plant KPI update and following up management
61 工厂KPI更新及跟踪管理
61 完成上级安排的其他工作。
