Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：

Ensure manufacturing plant quality management systems are maintained or developed in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949，AS9100D requirements.
确保工厂质量体系按照ISO/IATF16949，AS9100D的要求有效地运行和开发。
Enhance customer satisfaction thorough the effective use of appropriate tools and processes for management of customer feedback.
通过有效地使用合适的质量工具和过程来增加顾客满意。
Coordinator to all kinds of internal & external audits and visits, and internal layer audit issues tracking
协调所有内部及外部审核和访问及内部分层审核问题的跟踪。
Data analysis for various quality issues of supplier
对供应商质量相关问题的数据进行分析处理。
Coordinator to the quality relative improvements;
协调质量相关的持续改进活动。
Auditors for all the internal & external quality issues
担当发现内部及外部审核问题的审核员。
Review and update control plan and PFMEA of supplier.
协助评审和更新供应商的控制计划和PFMEA。
Assist in the Investigations of the root causes for quality issues and take actions accordingly
协助调查供应商质量问题的根本原因并采取相应措施。
Supplier quality system audit and development.
供应商的质量体系审核和开发。
Other works defined by quality manager.
由质量经理部署的其他工作。

Qualification Requirement任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related.
机械工程专业及其相关专业本科学历。
2.At least 3 years quality system engineer experience in Automotive industry, experience in aviation system management is preferred .
三年及以上汽车行业体系工程师经验，有航空体系管理经验优先考虑。
3.Familiar with IATF16949 and QS 5 tools.
熟悉IATF16949 和品质5大工具。
4.Good English in speaking and writing.
良好的英语说、写能力。
5.Experience in IATF16949 internal audit and IATF16949 internal auditor certified
IATF16949内审经验并持有IATF16949内审员证书。
6.Experience in managing supplier handling process preferred.
具有处理供应商反经验的优先考虑。
