岗位职责：
1、Active work for laboratory safety, ensure EHSQ responsibility and implement 5S system in laboratory.
积极开展实验室安全工作，确保EHSQ责任并在实验室实施5S系统。
2、Laboratory technician management, instruct laboratory engineers to designate work plans and supervise completion.
实验室技术员管理，指导实验室工程师指定工作计划并监督完成。
Ensure all technical application trials in laboratory and pilot line efficiency and effective (including STI,STD,Asian,sales).
确保实验室和中试线所有技术应用试验的效率和有效性（包括STI，STD，亚洲，销售）。
3、Employee training management (e.g. new employees).
员工培训管理（例如新员工）。
4、Supporting R&D and specialists.
支持研发和专家。
5、TCC data analytical (feedback system, monthly report).
TCC数据分析（反馈系统，月度报告）。
6、Ensure validity of the applied PIBs, analytical methods and devices
确保应用的PIB，分析方法和设备的有效性。
7、Ensure all visitors and users in laboratory abide by SurTec health and safety rules.
确保实验室的所有访客和用户遵守SurTec健康和安全规则。

任职要求：
1、Post-graduate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Applied Chemistry, or related field.
化学、应用化学或相关领域的研究生或学士学位。
2、至少五年实验室相关工作经验。
At least 5 years of laboratory-related work experience.
3、Good command in English (written and verbal) is essential.

4、Good communication skills and Computer literate.

5、Methodical and systematic in problem solving.

6、Excellent report-writing skills
