Main Responsibilities 61 Collaborate with planners and agents to establish a reliable shipping forecast and schedule. 61 Understand import and export laws and regulations, provide documents for customs clearance in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure compliance of the process. 61 Maintain close communication with overseas customers, coordinate with production, planning and agents, and ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods. 61 Monitor the allocation of containers from different shipping companies to ensure compliance with the group's procurement policy. 61 Collect and provide tax refund documents to the tax department in a timely and accurate manner, support to complete the export tax refund operation. 61 Assist in inventory management, conduct regular inventory counts, analyze inventory data, and propose inventory optimization suggestions to reduce inventory costs and ensure inventory coverage ratio remains within a reasonable range. 61 Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain department.
Requirements 61 Master's degree or above in Science and Engineering majors, Supply Chain Management, Finance Management, or related fields. 61 Strong user skills in MS Office, especially in excel and data analysis. 61 Fluency in English, 2nd foreign language will be a plus. 61 Great passion and interest in supply chain. 61 Curiosity, openness, and intercultural competence 61 Committed, logical and process-oriented work approach.
