Assist to monitor the Office Facilities & Critical Environment To follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures Office equipment & environment management To ensure a good office environment, including arranging office ad-hoc repair, monitoring landscaping service and cleaning service Assist to evaluate the contractors’ service performance Ensured Key Operations Procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained Assist to receive and verify the monthly statement. Allocate the expenses and prepare reports to client Work with FM team to seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards To do report work, including monthly report and KPI review etc.

Bachelor degree with 5+ years of experience in FM, administration or related industries Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Demonstrated initiative Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to solve problems Good command of English
