岗位职责：
1. 落实生产计划，确保按时完成订单，提升效率、降低成本。Ensure timely order completion, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
2. 管理生产人员，合理调配、培训与考核，营造积极工作氛围。Manage production staff, allocate, train and appraise them to create a positive working atmosphere.
3. 监督质量控制，确保产品符合标准，及时处理质量问题。Supervise quality control to ensure products meet standards and deal with quality issues promptly.
4. 落实安全责任，推行 5S 管理，保持生产现场整洁有序。Implement safety responsibilities and 5S management to maintain a clean and orderly production site.
5. 运用精益生产理念，优化流程，持续提升生产效益。Apply lean production concepts to optimize processes and continuously enhance production efficiency.
岗位要求：
1. 英文读写流利。Capable of reading English;
2. 具备丰富的生产管理知识和经验，熟悉精益生产理念和方法。Full knowledge and experience in production management and familiar with lean production concepts and methods
3. 熟悉办公软件的使用。Basic Microsoft office skills
4. 具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力。Good communication skills
