RESPONSIBILITY 职责:
- Responsible for trim sourcing, price negotiation and schedule follow up with suppliers
负责辅料及供应商的寻源和开发，价格谈判并跟进供应商的开发进度；
- Manage the sample filing, the lab testing result and work with vendors to solve the quality issues 管理样品归档，实验测试结果，与供应商合作解决质量问题；
- In charge new trims development with good sense of fashion
负责开发新的辅料产品，具备良好的审美和时尚感。
- Communicate with Merchandiser, overseas buyers and factories closely
与成衣业务员、海外设计师和工厂紧密联系。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 要求：
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
3年及以上辅料开发相关工作经验
- Experience in working buying office of America Market is preferred
有美国市场办事处工作经验优先考虑
- Strength in solution proposals and negotiation, detail oriented
优秀的问题解决能力和谈判能力, 注重细节
- Proficiency with MS office especially Word and Excel
熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Word和Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
