工作概要 Summary
负责公司内部新项目先期质量策划的管理和执行，确保项目达到预期的质量、时间、成本，以客户满意和0PPM为目标。
Responsible for management and carrying out
of the new projects’ advanced quality, ensure that the project achieve expected
goal of quality, time and cost, to guarantee the customers’ satisfaction and
0PPM.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1、根据工程假设提供报价用APQP早期策划，新产品质量目标。
Provide quote for early planning of APQP
and quality goals of new products according to engineering hypothesis.
2、作为项目小组成员积极参与项目活动，监控项目APQP活动的展开，对于APQP活动未能按时准确输出的负责牵头建立反应计划并推动反应计划的闭环运行，并对于高风险问题能予以识别和通报。（一些关键的APQP输出应包括:图纸，项目时间计划，设计审核，DV,PV,？流程图，PFMEA,特殊特性展开，控制计划，检具策划，试生产，PSO，供应商PPAP等）。
As a project team member participating in
project activities , monitor the launch of new product APQP activities,
responsible for establishing response plan and promoting the close loop running
of response plan when APQP activities failed to output on time and accurately,
and recognize and bulletin high-risk problems. (Some critical outputs of APQP
should include: drawing, project time plan, design audit, DV, PV, flow chart,
PFMEA, develop special characteristics, control plan, gage planning, trail
production, PSO, supplier PPAP etc).
3、负责根据新项目客户要求及质量策划需求进行量检具的策划，设计认可，制造进度监控，制造认可，使用策划及培训。
Responsible for gage planning, design
approval, manufacturing process monitoring, manufacturing approval, using plan
and training according to the new project customer’s requirement and quality
plan.
4、参与阶段性产品/产线质量评审包括DR,PR及PSO，监控新项目阶段的输出是否满足质量标准
Participate in quality audit of process and
product, including DR,PR and PSO, monitor the output on new project parts to
fulfill quality requirement
5、负责制定新项目阶段产品质量方面的检验和控制文件
Responsible for writing product quality
files of inspection and control
6、负责PPAP的递交和客户认可，和客户建立良好的互动关系。
Responsible for submitting PPAP and
customer approval, keep good relationship with customers.
7、负责对开发过程质量问题牵头进行8D讨论会议，完成8D报告及措施实施的闭环监督；协助解决量产后重大质量问题
Responsible for organizing 8D meeting for
the quality problems of development process, finish 8D report and monitor the
closed-loop of the measure implementation；Assist to solve serious
quality problems during mass production.
8、负责新项目开发质量问题经验教训总结的进行。
Responsible for summarizing the experience
of quality problems when the project is firstly developed.
9、负责新项目开发周期内APQP文件化进程的监督，文件的收集，整理，检查及最后的交接。
Responsible for new project development
cycle documented process to the supervision of the APQP, documents collection,
sorting, inspection and handover. ？ ？
10、负责识别公司运营过程中存在潜在对客户满意或产品质量有风险的过程，并持续改进之，参与公司其他的体系审核和改进活动
Responsible for recognizing the process
which may have the risk of product quality and customer satisfaction from the
process of company’s running，take part in other system audit and improvement activities.
学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 本科或以上学历（机械或工科背景）
Education: Bachelor or above degree (major
in Industry Engineering)
1. 3年以上相关汽车行业质量工作经验
Experience：above 3 year of quality
experience, automobile industry background.
技能Skills:
1. 掌握质量体系知识 Have a good
command of quality system
2. 掌握产品测量技术Have a good
command of the technology of measure
3. 掌握8D工具和思维Have a
good command of 8D and thinking
4. 掌握PFMEA的应用和思维Have a
good command of using PFMEA and thinking

6.良好的逻辑思维能力，团队组织能力，协调安排和时间管理能力
