Main Responsibility:
Effectiveness and productivity improvement of workplaces and processes
1. Analysis
- Maintain all the IE datas updated
- Calculate the savings of the improvement potentials in the responsible area
2. Identification
- Identify the productive and unproductive times of the equipments of the responsible area
- Identify the effectiveness of the employees of the responsible area
3. Projects
- Suggest improvement projects to improve the standards
- Implement the projects agreed with the manager
4. Tasks
- Request processing, work place designing, work organisation designing, time study / standard times studies, headcount planning, job evaluation / work studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and losses, improvement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting, implement CBS initiatives in responsible area.
- Layout maintenance
5. Report
- Report improvements measures in case of deviation compared to the standards
- Present results during the monthly review of the responsible area
6. Communication & Training
- promote and train colleagues for IE tools related topics


Job Requirements:
- Dipl. Engineer (Master/Bachelor)
- Manufacturing processes of tire industry
2 to 3 years experience in lean production
Project leading experience with 2 to 3 successful cases
- Experience in the area of Data Science or data driven function or programming
