Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily production management of foaming/leather sewing/assembly area, including 5S, safety management and quality management.
- Responsible for the arrangement and management of staff in the foaming/leather sewing/assembly area.
- Ensure the delivery and quality of production and apply tools to control production to avoid NOK products.
- Responsible for the initialization and improvement of APS.
- Responsible for training and coaching the team leader and operators.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Coordinate with equipment/process/quality/project teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery.
- Responsible for support equipment engineer to implement TPM.
- Autonomous driving force, continuous improvement.
- Quality Environment & Occupational Safety and Health Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's quality environment & occupational safety and health policy, cooperate with the implementation of the company's relevant management regulations, comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Understand the environmental factors and hazard factors of the department

Knowledge required
- Good knowledge of Foaming/Leather Wrapping/Assembly process.
- Familiar with Automation/Digitalization
- Know knowledge of tooling management.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuously improvement
- Industrial/process engineering or manufacturing background and orientation.
- Successful experience shop floor management.
- Familiar with quality systems and tools like IATF16949, 8D.etc…
