Main Responsibility:
Plan in middle-term horizon to fulfill volume demand and coordinate croos-functional to ensure execution.
1. Article planning
- Prepare the Production plan in accordance with the Production constrains (tooling, machine and personal availability) Ensure that Production plan fullfills the needs of Plant Operation and is respected by Production
- Implement corrective actions in case of deviations
- Ensure that the actual tire specification are used in sequencing planning procedures.
- Provide feedbacks and reports about established actions and in shift sequencing process
- Has a vision for rolling 7 days planning and make optimization
2. Service & Departement KPI
- Responsible for the KPI report of the plant monthly and organizing all the activities needed.
3. Tooling
- Monitoring production tooling status by area and make highlight for flexibility improvement or constraint removal
4. Reports
- SA, Complexity, PIPO, Machine capacity abnroaml loading report/tracking/control
5. Specification control
- Responsible for new BOM activation control and imp
- Support and work with PI, IE, FN, OP on specification management topics
6. ETO/ISD
- Routing create and order releasing
- Production status tracking

Job Requirements:
- University degree with major in supply chain/ industrial/ manufacutring management or relevant
- 5 years manufacturing experience
- 2-year experience as a planner use SAP platform in tire plant
