Main Responsibility:
Ensure standard Continental Controlling process and procedures for Continental Hefei and support factory management with financial analysis in order to support decision making.
1. CO Fuction
- Head of Controlling Department
- Consult Factory Management on financial performance of CST AS
- Train and support Factory Management on financial performance analysis
2. Tempo - CO module
- LKU for SAP-CO & Markis & CO-PC modules
- Establish and develop SAP-Set-up together with others departments such as IE, QM, FI, Prod, Eng, HR and etc..
3. Budget/Forecast
- Facilitate / moderate Budget and FC Process
4. Cost Analysis/Steering change
- Initiate process changes for better financial performance
- Establish standard Tools for Cost / revenue analysis
- Ensure consistent, reliable and transparent reporting
5. Electronic Approval
- ePR review and approval
- eCR review and approval
6. Reports
- P&L, BS, HC,
- LFCR, FX exposure, FC Spending,
- any other report requried by Fire

Job Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy, Chartered Institute of Management Accountant
- 5 to 8 years in Manufacturing company under Finance Department
- Good personal relationship and communication skill
