JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop/ Maintain & Deliver Product BOM for various product development stages in coordination with System Integrator and Other Process Partners;

- Lead selection of Base Models, correctness of Add-Delete and Plan/ Track Specification releases including Parts, Sub-Assemblies and BOM change notices (CNs);

- Plan, Coordinate & Deliver Product validation Engineering Builds including Part by Part Tracking;

- Plan/ Forecast and Track Engineering Expenses for Product Development Projects;

- Maintain all user guides, literature and labels are managed and updated for production projects;

- Develop & Track project master schedule, including follow-up on cross functional team members;

- Develop & Track project budget including Capital Register

- Develop & Track project master schedule, including follow-up on execution w/ core team members；

- Develop & Track project budget incl Capital Register；

- Work with V&V team to complete the regular update projects;

- Support component shortage and quality improvement projects;

- Coordinate with Global engineer and Hefei team to complete the cost reduction and supplier change projects;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in Thermodynamics or Mechanical or Electrical -
-Engineering or related Degree
-8+ years’ experience in home appliance enterprise；
-Fluent oral English and good written skill
