1. Maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN), including switches, firewalls, VPNS, AP controllers and other network devices;

2. Network monitoring and optimization; Support all company employees who have IT resource requirement.

3. Managed telephone wiring system and program control switch
管理电话布线系统及程控交换机
4. Maintain the surveillance video and all-in-one IC system
维护监控视频和一卡通IC系统
5. Maintained IT asset list and was responsible for daily maintenance of IT equipment by using problem resolving process
维护IT资产清单，根据为题解决流程负责日常IT设备的维修事宜
6. Manage the equipment room to keep the environment safe and clean
机房的管理，保持机房环境的安全整洁
7. Periodic work reports and documents
周期工作报告及文档
8. Implement CIP project based on IT area spend, try to find cost saving project
基于IT部门的日常花销执行持续改进项目，试图找到成本节约项目
9. Complete other related work assigned by superiors
完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作

二、Specialized knowledge and skills专业知识和技能

1. Familiar with PC hardware maintenance and desktop office software
熟悉个人计算机硬件维护和桌面办公软件
2. Possessing network management skills, HCIA/HCIP certificate is preferred
具备网络管理，持有HCIA/HCIP证书为佳
3. Master basic concepts of information security and virus prevention and control掌握信息安全和病毒防控的基本概念
