Main Responsibility: 1. IT Support & Administration - Assist to support and administer the IT Infrastructures of the plant (Office Hardware-PCs, Laptops, Telephony, and Software, Server, Network, Lotus Notes, Internet, Shop-floor infrastructure) following the company standards (example Distributed System). - Ensure the operation and high availability of the lT infrastructure, implements contingency plan, installs and supports these infrastructure. - Responsible to provide support and consultancy in topics relating to networks(LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN Remote Access, Firewalls and other.
2. IT Operation - Ensure system/technology implementation in coordination with Competence Centres. - Support local management to identify potential IT solutions.
3. Network Support - Service design, technical design, consulting and 3rd level support for Continental network: LAN, WLAN, Network Security. - Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes with internal IT teams and external service providers. - Develop and recommend measures in order to improve the network and network security structure by considering functionality and costs.
4. Project Management - Assist the team in execution and running of IT projects in the plant.
5. IT Sourcing - Work with IT management to provide cost-effective local operations in accordance with IT Sourcing Strategy by: a. Ensuring provision of consistent IT support and service level b. Ensuring continuous optimization of services versus costs
Job Requirement: -Education/Certification University Degree: (IT related) or relevant experience -Professional Experience 2 years IT-professional experience preferred -Project/Process Experience IT Infrastructure operation (LAN/WAN, Server, Client/Desktops) -Intercultural / International Experience Have worked with multi-national companies
