Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Lead NPI key projects to achieve target goal, including product quality, yield, and lowest cost.
61 Establish NPI Decoration production process and document process settings and revise as conditions change.
61 Lead NPI technical investigation and improvement of customer concerns with fast speed.
61 Lead process upset L3 trouble shooting when performance is below expectation. Work with CFT to optimize process/equipment parameters.
61 Support NPI spec review and optimize NPI product and process design in early stage.
61 Train operators, shift leaders, managers, and other engineers.
61 Weekend and shift coverage are requirement as needed.

Education & Experience
61 8+ years process working experience in cover glass manufacturing. Hands on shopfloor production and process setup, tuning and trouble shooting skills.
61 High school or above. BS above with Science and Engineering related major is a plus.

61 Rich experience of production upset problem solving and yield improvement projects.
61 Logic thinking and communication. Desired to fundamental understanding.
61 Demonstrated ability to work with cross function team to solve problems.
61 Self-motivated and can work under pressure.

Desired Skills
61 Proficient in cover glass manufacturing full process flow process setup, tuning and troubleshooting experience.
61 Project management experience.
61 Understanding of equipment mechanical operations and control.
61 Understanding of DMAIC, Lean and Six-Sigma methods and tools.
61 Good oral and written communication skill, including in English.
