Main Responsibility:
Participate and guide structured problem solving in daily maintenance work, Ensure machine reliability maintained with systematic prevention and prediction, Focus on machine and maintenance skill continuous improvement.
1. Maintenance
- Decrease known forced deterioration, increase machine KPI
- Make Major Breakdown report/ analysis/ prevention.
- Participate Safety/Quality/ Efficiency related machine improvement activity
- Prepare documents for PM/MTC/TPM according to Zero breakdown concept
- Participate PM activity, review PM/MTC contents and update PM/MTC according breakdown record.
- Zero breakdown implementation on pilot machine.
- Ensure cost effective and qualitative production concerning systems engineering and machines.
2. Spare part management
- Ensure high grade of availability of the machinery. Definition of nessacary spare parts.
- Responsible for machine spare part yearly review
- Responsible for machine new spare part application
- Responsible for machine spare parts stock change according to spare parts yearly consumption
- Prepare needed spare parts according to long term spare part application schedule(3 year)
- Prepare emergency plan for capitalized spare parts and long term application plan (5 years）
- Responsible for structured problem solving on frequently used spare parts, maximize lifetime.
3. Project
- Finish own basic program/TF/RICP according to project schedule intime.
- Support project team, Check new machine's documentation.
- Involve in incoming and future project
4. 5S
- Participate in workshop 5S activity
- Ensure daily working environment fulfill with 5S management requirement
5. Special
- involve in VBB activity .
- mechanical training
- production training
- monthly KPI report

Job Requirement:
- college degree with major on machinery
- 3 years manufacturing experience
- 1 year project experience
