工作职责:
1. 负责CP/FT 测试良率的提升；
2. 针对难解问题，分析测试项目和条件，找到失效原因；
3. 分析CP测试和FT测试之间的关联性, 完善CP测试方法，实现FT测试前置。

1. Take CP/FT test yield improvement;
2. Analysis test item and condition, find fail rootcause for intractable failures;
3. Check correlation between CP and FT test, optimize CP test items that shift left FT to CP。
任职资格:
1. 理解产品动作原理；
2. 有测试失效分析经验，可以独立完成测试项的解读和分析；
3. 有测试程序的修改能力；
4. 喜欢研究，能深入思考，较强的专研能力。
