**Job Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and lead internal IT technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and oversee the establishment and ongoing maintenance of corporate IT systems. - Regularly maintain and upgrade network equipment to ensure stable and secure company network operations. - Manage daily administration and maintenance of company computer equipment, including but not limited to OS installations, office software deployment, and system updates. - Conduct IT-related training for employees to enhance the team's technical proficiency. - Document and track issue resolutions, compile regular reports, and drive continuous service quality improvements. - Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure business continuity during critical incidents.
**Requirements:** - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. - Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems, with the ability to independently install and configure systems. - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., switches, routers) and basic network device configuration. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving work environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure during unexpected situations. - Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to tackle challenges. **Note:** Prior experience in ERP, MES, SCM, or similar internal IT system implementation/maintenance is preferred.
