Key Responsibilities: - Follow orders according to milestones (confirm, material receipt, booking, apply QC inspection) and ensure on-time shipment. - Arrange weekly QA/QC schedule, including sample checking, in line and final inspection schedule. - Update shipment and order report to sales and customer when required. - Handles/ Executes/ Documents projects for customers to ensure a smooth inquiring order process. - Oversee running projects for responsible market segments/ customer base and work with the Business Support to ensure on time delivery.
Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in shipping/logistic management/supply chain/ Business Management or equivalent - Excellent Microsoft office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good communication skills - Good verbal and written English/Local language - Multi-tasking - Strong teamwork
