To manage the internal quality control and assurance process during the project construction period.
To coordinate and make arrangements for external surveys with ISO, Class Society, Marine Department, and Flag.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (list the major responsibilities and accountabilities for the position)
? Manage and maintain proper execution of ITP for each project
? QAQC report on a weekly basis for construction defects and rectification suggestions
? Working with Design and Project team, to create QAQC system of building, materials and craftmanship standard for SYJ
? Organize and manage the external surveys with ISO, Class Society, Marine department, and Flag.
? Organize periodical ISO internal audit and management system review
? Promote and organize educations, trainings, certifications for staffs aiming in improving construction skills and quality standards
? Keep eyes on bring in new materials, technologies, tools and equipment, talent to upgrade SYJ quality system and improve the efficiency
主要职责：
? 管理和维护生产项目ITP（检验与测试计划）的正确执行
? 品管周报告 – 汇报施工过程中发现的问题并提出整改建议，落实跟进
? 组织设计部和项目部，创建船厂的建造、材料和工艺标准的质量控制体系
? 组织和协调ISO、船级社、海事部门和船旗国的外部检查
? 定期组织及协调ISO内部审核和管理体系审查
? 促进和组织旨在提高施工技能和质量标准的员工教育、培训和认证
? 关注并引进新材料、技术、工具和设备、人才，提升船厂质量体系及工作效率
Essential:
? 5 + years QAQC experience.
? 10 + years high quality yacht construction experience.
? Knowledge of major construction process, craftmanship requirement and building standard, from hull fabrication, machinery and plumbing, electrical, painting, and fit-out.
? Experiences in working with ISO, Marine Department, Flag, and Class Society such as CCS, LR, RINA etc.
? Able communicator through speaking, reading & writing English as second language
Desirable:
? Aluminium vessel construction experience
? Naval architect, Machinery, or electrical degree preferably
任职要求：
? 5年以上品管或质检工作经验。
? 10年以上高质量游艇建造经验。
? 熟悉游艇主要施工工艺、工艺要求和建造标准，包括船体制造、机械和管道、电气、油漆和内装等工段。
? 与ISO、海事处、船旗国和船级社（如CCS、LR、RINA等）组织检验及协调经验。
? 能够以英语作为第二语言进行交流。
优选加分项：
? 铝合金游艇或船建造经验。
? 船体工程师、轮机或船电学位优先。
