岗位职责：
1. 新粘合剂产品配方的研制、评估以及测试工作；
2. 为研发实验室研发人员创建实验设计;
3. 与团队成员一起制作实验室小样本；
4. 根据客户要求对最终产品应用进行测试；
5. 进行材料样品分析；
6. 管理多位研发工程师的工作，以及从事相关的行政工作；
7. 支持从研发到生产的技术转移；
8. 到客户现场，为新产品应用提供技术支持；
9. 评定新的原材料供应商并给予质量把控；
10. 确保实验室的安全和清洁；
11. 完成上级安排的其它工作。
Preparation, evaluation and testing of new adhesive formulations.
Creating design of experiments for R&D Lab Assistant.
Fabrication of laboratory small-scale samples with his team.
Testing of end application upon customer request according to desired specification.
Analysis of material samples.
Managing laboratory of several chemists and supporting administrative works.
Support technology transfer from R&D to the production.
Visit of customer sites and providing technical support for new product applications.
Identification of new raw material suppliers and support quality control.
Ensure safety and cleanliness in the laboratory.
Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.

任职要求：
1. 改进和创造新的工艺和新产品；
2. 5年以上反应型化工产品研发经验；
3. 良好的计算机操作能力;
4. 优秀的中英文沟通能力，英语可以作为工作语言;
5. 精细化工或相关专业硕士以上学历。
Improve and create new processes and products.
At least 5 years’ experience in the reactive chemical product development field.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication skills both in Chinese & English，English can be used as a working language.
Minimum master’s degree in fine chemical or equivalent.
