Knowledge: Advanced: Quality tools &methods (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, risk evaluation…) Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Product test standards (qualification &reliability) Norms &external standard (like legal requirements Basic: Project management Product, product range, necessary technologies (electronics circuit etc) Skills: Ability to support critical voices in new project introduction readiness check (Leadership) Ability to think ahead & be aware of possible problems (change management) Team facilitation, solving conflicts &Escalation (Collaborating & Influencing) Ability to have fluent in English both in writing and speaking (Communication language)."
