POSITION SUMMARY:
Be responsible for Item master and system parameter
Be in charge of inventory management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory management:
1. Monthly analysis inventory
2. Analysis slow moving part and take action for slow moving stock reduction
3. Analysis low turn part and find solution for inventory turn improvement
4. Analysis Excess on hand and prevent excess PO receiving
Item master and system parameter
1. Enrich new item quickly and make sure new orders could pass watch dog within target lead time
2. Check Item master parameter and make sure data and setting accuracy in system
3. Develop item master parameter to improve process and update document in time
4. Load purchasing price in system within target lead time
5. Coordinate process of Machining pilot development
6. Accept all tasks from superior and job rotation
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Above University degree with minimum 5 years relative working experience in a foreign investment manufacturing company.
Good command of English and Microsoft Office skills, experience of ERP system is necessary
Good knowledge of MRP and understanding of production process
Be specialist on item master parameter
Have a detailed understanding of inventory control / management
Have good numeric abilities and analysis skill
Have high responsibility and team work spirit.
