Key account manager play an overall role in managing business with assigned customers in terms of P&L, business development, customers relationships etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Commercial department to achieve annual sales and profit target. Identify and develop new opportunities on the relevant customer responsible , with sufficient communication with HQ, and make sure a sustainable growth from existing customers. Collect AR from customers and support finance team for invoicing. Prepare quotation, and follow up with customer for further commercial negotiations. Manage customer’s expectation in pricing, and take responsibility for negotiation of yearly price reduction, and any associated price adjustment due to changes in engineering, logistic, and any other cost improvements etc. Coordinate and finish internal price approval process Review and negotiates customer contracts with key clients in national market in accordance with overall company sales strategy. Drive and lead various internal coordination to meet customer deadline for quotation, and delivery etc. Support annual business budget, and 5-Yr strategic business plan. Develop and maintain good business relationship with customer, and update key account information timely. Research market evolution, Collect competitor's information including, but may not limited to, sample/price/cost/supply chain, anticipating appropriate measures. Work with project team, quality, logistic, and engineering to make sure customer satisfaction delivered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering, or business. Minimum 5 years of automobile parts sales, or account management, or project management experience in a global environment company. Business acumen, and strong negotiation skills. Be able to manage complex situations, issues and conditions and get positive results Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Chinese) and communicates information on a timely basis. Good understanding and experience with engineering specifications. Demonstrated skills in project management, training, facilitation, negotiations, communications, analytical ability, and computer skills. Knowledge of statistical analysis, analytical problem solving, drawing reading, hands-on metrology experience. Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
