岗位职责: - 识别生产过程中的食品安全风险,如设施、公用设施、环境(分区和更衣)、水处理、湿混、干燥、干混、包装、存储及运输。 - Identify food safety risks along production process: i.e. facilities, utilities, equipment, environment (zoning and gowning), water treatment, wet mix, spray dryer, dry blending, packing, storage and distribution. - 结合微生物特性、产品特性、工艺特性及实际生产操作,评估微生物交叉污染风险,维护工厂微生物控制方案,并推进持续改进 - Consider microorganism characteristics, product feature, process property and production operation, assess micro cross-contamination risk, maintain site micro control protocol, and keep continuous improvement. - 在危机事件发生时,能够清晰有效地组织食品安全分析 - Organize clear and effective food safety analysis report when emergency issue happens. - 及时有效地与管理层沟通食品安全风险管理,建立食品安全文化 - Communicate with leadership for FS risk management, build food safety culture. - 按照工厂内外部变化,识别更新维护质量体系相应文件。 - According to internal and external change, identify, update and maintain quality system related documents. - 支持完成质量体系的其他工作,如内外部审核等。 - Support other quality system work, for example prepare internal and external audit. 认知资格: - 微生物,食品安全,食品科学等相关专业,本科及以上学历,两年以上相关工作经验。 - Bachelor and above degree in micro, food safety, food science, or related major, 2 years above related working experience. - 良好的食品/药品生产GMP知识 - Good GMP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry - 熟悉HACCP,IS2200O,9001系统及微生物知识的将被优先考虑 - Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, 9000 system and microbiology would be preferred - 了解基本食品相关生产过程及工艺 - Understand basic food manufacturing process - 具有较强的学习能力 - Strong learning ability - 良好的团队合作,推动,和沟通技巧 - Teamwork and good communicate skill - 具备流利的英语口语及充足的书面沟通能力 - Fluent spoken English and sufficient written communication skills
