1. Maintain the production process of the company's products and promote continuous improvement of process optimization through the use of effective tools or appropriate resources (such as Lean 6 Sigma, technology upgrades, debottlenecking, operational innovation, automation, etc.); 2. Lead the process evaluation, trial production and all related projects of new products, including but not limited to production process flow, standard operating procedure setting and process balancing, timely placement of tooling and fixtures, quality control and risk planning in the production process; 3. Determine product verification and process verification plans during the production process and be responsible for their implementation to ensure stable mass production of products; 4. Participate in selecting production equipment and setting equipment-related parameters; 5. Perform process verification for quality deviations generated during the production process; 6. Produce and maintain process documents, including production parameters, work instructions, and related training materials. Conduct annual audits and provide training for relevant personnel; 7. Participate in the investigation and handling of product quality issues and customer feedback issues; 8. Responsible for the guidance and management of the process team; 9. Other tasks assigned by leaders. 10. Collaborate with teams; work with various departments to develop business process models and performance metrics; 11. Conduct Audits: perform regular audit to ensure processes comply with industry regulation and standards. 12. Updating documentations: maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedure.
