岗位职责：
1、在医疗仪器研发过程中，与软件项目经理紧密合作，支持团队项目管理活动；
2、支持软件测试验证活动前置清单，协调和组织相关技术方向提供前置清单内容，并提供审查支持；
3、软件发布管理，包括组织协调内部版本以及外部版本计划，发布过程中的各项开发、测试活动，发布文档准备，以及客户对接工作；
4、与DevOps团队紧密合作，识别版本发布过程中的过程改进机会，并驱动发布流程效率提升；
5、负责和支持医疗软件合规性文档相关准备工作，提供注册相关活动支持；
6、在医疗软件维护周期，负责客户反馈采集，缺陷跟进，并组织开发、测试等维护性活动；
7、识别软件开发、测试等活动的质量改进、效率改进机会，驱动创新和流程改进。

岗位要求 ：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化等相关专业；
2、优秀的英语读写和沟通能力，外企工作经验或者海外学习经验者优先；
3、医疗软件从业背景者优先；
4、一年及以上软件开发、软件测试、软件项目管理或者产品管理经验；
5、至少熟悉一种编程语言，熟悉Linux操作系统；
6、开朗乐观，有强烈的责任心；
7、优秀的逻辑能力，清晰的表达能力；
8、优秀的闭环能力，喜欢组织管理相关活动，优秀的事物处理节奏感。

(Senior) Software Technique Support Engineer (Jiaxing
Responsibilities:
1.Closely work with software project manager and support project/product management related activities.
2.Support checklist preparation to kick off test verification activities. Coordinate different technique functionalities to ensure the progress and provide review support before checklist submission.
3.Support software release management related activities which includes build preparation for internal testing or for customers, drive relevant roles to accomplish release activities, prepare release document and plays as interface with customers.
4.Closely work with DevOps team, identify process improvement opportunities in release process and drive process improvement initiatives.
5.Be responsible for Medical Instrument protocol related documents preparation, support instrument registration related activities.
6.During Medical Instrument life cycle, be responsible for customer feedback collection and review. Drive requirements review and plan, drive customer defects fix activities, coordinate software engineer and test engineer to accomplish patch release process.
7.Identify software development, test related process improvement (quality and efficiency), drive process innovation and initiatives.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above. Majored in CS, EE, Automation, etc.
2.Proficient in English reading, writing and communication skills.
3.1+ years of Software development, or software testing, or software project / product management experience.
4.Medical instrument industry experience is a plus.
5.Familiar with at least 1 programming language, familiar with Linux.
