The main missions of the role are: 87 Responsible for daily quality management, support advanced quality for program; 负责日常产品质量管理,协助总部项目部前期质量工作; 87 Responsible for solving customer complaints , responsible for customer resident management; 客户抱怨质量问题处理和客户现场服务人员的管理; 87 Implement quality management system; 贯彻执行质量体系; 87 Responsible for solving process quality problem, to assure product and service quality; 及时处理与产品质量有关的过程问题,保证产品和服务质量; 87 Improve quality system efficiency (QSE) 提高生产现场过程质量效率 ( QSE, 佛吉亚质量效率系统); 87 Strictly observe internal process (FES) 严格遵循公司内部系统流程(FES, 佛吉亚卓越体系); 87 Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager. 完成由主管或经理安排的其它工作。 87 Customer Complaints客户投诉 87 Customer reject PPM客户百万拒收 87 Scrap PPM 现场百万报废 87 QSE audit score现场QSE实施 o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等 Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: o Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation 大学本科或同等学力机械工程或自动化专业
Experience : o At least 3 years practical experiences in quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment. 至少3年有关质量管理的工作经验,***是在外企或合资企业的生产环境下
Skills and competencies: o Familiar with TS16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA 熟悉TS16949 、8D、五大质量工具 o Ability to read blue-prints and other engineering designs 会读蓝图和其他工程设计图纸 o Experience in tooling and stamped would be a plus; 优先考虑有使用工具和加盖经验的人 o TAbility to develop partnerships.发展团队能力 o With negotiation experience.有谈判经验
