Key Responsibilities: 1. Mainly focus on application development of hydrocolloids stabilizer, supplemented by enzyme and nutrients in neutral protein systems and offer technical service to the customers in food and beverage. 主要专注于亲水胶体稳定剂, 辅以酶制剂和营养素在中性乳制品或者代乳等的应用,并为客户提供技术服务。 2. Explore and identify the unique functions of dsm-firmenich food ingredients etc. mainly stabilizer, supplemented by enzyme and nutrients in applications of dairy or dairy alternatives and develop the innovative application solutions on dairy and dairy-alternatives. 探寻帝斯曼-芬美意主要食品原料(主要是胶体,酶制剂和营养素辅助)在乳和植物基奶体系应用中的功能性作用,并基于此开发创新型应用解决方案。 3. Keep attention of food industry, explore and evaluate the functionality of potential food ingredients, like citrus fiber or other innovative ingredients, and develop innovative application solutions on dairy and dairy-alternatives. 保持对行业的关注,探索和评估潜在的食品原料,像柑橘纤维等创新原料,并形成创新应用解决方案。 4. Responsible care resource for BU /BG /other R&D centre for good practices exchanging or special tasks be assigned. 与业务单元/业务集团或其它研发中心保持良好的交流和合作,共同完成一些特许的项目。 5. Contribute to good maintenance and development of application and analytical lab, and make sure the compliance on laboratory SHE with acceptable global standards, China regulations and dsm-firmenich standards. 协助相关应用和分析实验室的良好运行,确保符合实验室SHE全球标准,中国法规及帝斯曼-芬美意标准。 6. Collaborate with colleagues based in application department and DSM other application centers for the related projects. Promote related colleagues in lab and business team, with knowledge on application of enzyme, hydrocolloid stabilizers and nutrients via training and coaching.

You bring 61 Bachelor degree or above with the major of Food Science and Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or other related majors. 本科及以上学历,食品科学和工程、化学、化工以及相关专业。 61 Spirit of exploration and innovation and keen to learn and try new things。 Open & easy going, independent & hands-on, good communication skill. 具有创新和探索精神以及有积极的学习和接受新事物的意识。性格开朗,独立的思考能力,良好的沟通能力。 61 Knowledge of English language: Good command of written, reading & oral. 英语:良好的读写能力,流利的口语。 61 2-3 years scientific and commercial knowledge on enzyme, hydrocolloids or nutrients and their applications in dairy or dairy-alternative fields.
