As the local driver to deliver the global activities or cross-share best practice by working closely with global team and other sites. 2. Create and Implement the continuous improvement methodology or tools in HBW inventory ,operation and maintenance management; 3. Lead and continuously optimize the maintenance and operation process in order to increase the productivity, capacity and intelligence; 4. Standardization of operation and maintenance 5. Define and coach the standard continuous improvement methodology to HBW team 6. Lead maintenance planning and revision and monitor the exiting status; 7. Play the role as the local stakeholder to engage in the new HBW project and provide effective support; 8. Support HBW senior maintenance manager in crucial tasks (GMEP,TPM, other projects) Play your part in our team succeeding Concept and Methodology driving for HBW to ensuring KPI for entire HBW operation and also secure the zero safety incident Do you have what it takes? - Bachelor degree, higher is an advantage - Min. 5 years continuous improvement , Lean or operation experience - Good communication skills and team work spirit and positive working attitude and accountability - Analytical skills - Active learning and knowledge sharing - Able to lead without authority - I4.0 knowledge Join the global LEGO03 family Children are our role models.
