Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
1. 根据要求完成机械部件详细设计，绘制3D模型，并出工程图
Complete the detailed design of the mechanical components / units according to the requirement. Figure out 3D model and particularize the engineering drawings.
2. 参与设备项目，完成项目负责人分配的任务
Participate in equipment projects and complete the tasks assigned by the project leader.
a) 作为机械设计直接参与工业化项目，包括前期方案概念设计，方案细化，设备间自动化接口设计确认，供应商图纸确认，工装、夹具等设计；
Directly participate in industrialization projects as mechanical designer, including concept design, particularization, interface design and confirmation between units, supplier drawing release, design of tooling, fixtures and fittings.
b) 完成项目相关设备布局，校核设备间接口，细化管道、桥架等走向，完成配套基础设施的概念设计；
Equipment layout, checking the interface between units, planning piping, cableways, etc., and draft infrastructure construction drawings.
c) 作为项目技术接口，对项目阶段遇到的技术性问题提供必要支持和解决方案；
As the technical interface of the project, provide necessary support and solutions to technical problems encountered during the project phase
d) 项目结束完成图纸归档，同时对设备生产阶段所遇到的问题提供必要的优化措施；
Drawings archive during project closing phase. Provide necessary optimization measures for problems encountered during the use phase of the equipment
e) 根据项目时间节点，完成非设备供应商部分的详细设计，确保设计部分符合功能、性能要求；
Finish detailed design of parts which are not the supplier’s scope according to the project plan, ensuring that the design part meets the functional and performance requirements.
3. 图纸标准化及归档
Drawings standardization and archiving
a) 管控设备类图纸，图纸整理、系统中归档；
Control of the equipment related drawings, drawings archiving and upload to relevant systems.
b) 将部分第三方的图纸转化为公司图纸并归档；
Reengineering some third-party drawings into company drawings and archiving
c) 根据需求对备件进行测绘并按照公司标准出图，满足设备使用要求；
Mapping of spare parts according to requirements and generate related drawings according to company standards to meet the requirements.
d) 定期更新车间布局图更新，并和总部保持一致
Update plant layout and align with central function regularly.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：
1.大学本科毕业，机械类专业；
University graduated, bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering.
2.要求不少于5年非标设备设计经验，熟悉材料选择、加工工艺，精通几何尺寸和公差分析和GD&T；
More than 5 years’ experience for non-standard equipment design. Be familiar with material selection, manufacturing process. Be master in tolerance analysis and GD&T.
3.熟悉标准件、零部件选型和结构件、传动件设计，熟悉液压原理、气动原理，掌握液压、气动元器件选型和配管设计；
Be familiar with standard components selection and structural design. Be familiar with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and be familiar with related components selection and piping layout.
4.具有扎实理论知识：机械原理、机械设计、理论力学、材料力学等；熟悉零部件强度计算和校核；
Solid theoretical knowledge: principles of mechanics, mechanical design, theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials, etc.; be familiar with strength calculations and calibrations of parts and components
5.熟练使用Microsoft Office，精通AutoCAD和Creo，对SAP有基本了解者尤佳
Be skilled with Microsoft Office, and mastering with AutoCAD and Creo. Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
6.具备基本的精益知识，了解VAVE者尤佳
Basic knowledge of continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of VAVE is a plus.
7.英语听说读写流利，能和外籍同事会议沟通
Fluent in English both oral and written, be able to direct communicate with foreign colleagues by meetings with English.
