Specific Accountability具体职责 1.负责工厂内部日常的质量管理，如每日巡检、终检工作安排和生产过程质量问题的处理。 Responsible for daily quality management within the factory, such as daily inspection, final inspection arrangement and handling of quality problems in the production process.
2.负责制定和修改生产过程质量控制需要的作业指导书和记录表格并督促检验员和车间工人执行。 Responsible for making and revising the work instruction and record form required by the production process quality control and supervising the inspectors and workshop workers to implement.
3.识别过程潜在的质量风险点，制定有效控制方案并监督其执行性及有效性。 Identify potential quality risk in the process, make effective control plan and monitor its execution effectiveness.
4.处理生产过程中的质量问题并督促责任部门及时纠正并采取纠正措施，确保订单的准时交付； Dealt with the quality problems in the production process and urged the department responsible to correct them timely and take corrective measures to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
5.主导生产过程质量管理及持续改进；质量数据的汇总、分析和评价并定期向质量经理报告内部质量绩效。 Leading production quality management and continual improvement. Summarize, analyze and evaluate quality data and report internal quality performance to the quality manager regularly.
6.团队的管理，提升团队人员的工作胜任能力。 Team management, improve team member job competence.
7.负责产品的批准和放行。 Responsible for product approval and release.
8.管理平湖工厂的客户投诉。 Manage the customers’ complaints related to PH filters.
9.协助质量经理完成质量管理体系方面的工作。 Assist quality manager in QMS maintenance.
11.经理安排的其它质量相关的工作。 Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Qualification任职资格 Education 教育 机械类相关专业本科以上学历； College or above degree in mechanical engineering;
Experience 工作经验 2年以上生产现场品质管理经验；有船舶行业经验优先。 More than 2 years quality management experience, marine industry experience is preferred. Skill 技能 1. 熟悉生产过程的作业流程和质量控制方法，熟悉来料检验、装配过程、测试、油漆、终检等各个环节的产品工艺和质量要求。 Familiar with the operation process and quality control methods of the production process; familiar with the product technology and quality requirements of incoming material inspection, assembly process, testing, painting, final inspection, etc.
2.理解工程图纸及规范的技术要求，具备基本的英文读写能力； Can understand the engineering drawings and specifications of the technical requirements, with basic English ability.
3.熟悉ISO9001:2015质量管理体系，有内审员资质优先； Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS, internal auditor qualification is preferred.
4.丰富的质量管理方法方面的知识，特别是运用8D系统分析和解决生产过程中的质量问题和确保生产一致性. Strong knowledge of quality management methods, especially 8D systematic and problem solving/analysis in production, conformity of production.
