岗位职责: 1、月度组织召开产销协调会议; 1.Organize and hold monthly production and sales coordination meetings. 2、结合销售预测,分析产能匹配情况,提出产能调整建议; 2. Analyze production capacity matching based on sales forecasts and provide capacity adjustment recommendations. 3、组织评审客户订单需求,确保给客户的订单确认及时和准确; 3. Organize the evaluation of customer order requirements to ensure timely and accurate order confirmation for customers. 4、组织制修订物料需求计划管理规范,确保生产供应和控制库存水平; 4. Organize the formulation and revision of material requirements planning management standards to ensure production supply and inventory control. 5、结合客户需求、销售发货计划,材料供应情况和库存状况,制定生产计划; 5. Develop production plans by considering customer requirements, sales delivery plans, material supply, and inventory status. 6、负责整个生产过程的监控和管理,确保生产计划的执行和生产目标的达成 6.Responsible for monitoring and managing the entire production process to ensure the execution of production plans and the achievement of production targets 7、将产品结构和生产流程构建到MRP系统中 7. Building product structures and production flow into MRP system 8、完成公司安排的其他工作。 8. Complete other work assigned by the leader.
任职要求: 1、本科学历及以上,至少5年制造业生产计划管理工作经验、3年以上团队管理工作经验; 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in production planning and management in manufacturing, and over 3 years of team management experience. 2、熟练掌握办公软件、熟练使用ERP软件,有流程体系建设经验者优先; 2. Proficient in office software and ERP systems; candidates with experience in process system development are preferred. 3、具备良好组织协调、沟通能力,具备良好的数据分析能力; 3. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, along with strong data analysis abilities. 4、具备良好的问题发现及解决能力。 4. Strong problem identification and resolution skills."
